Built in 1825, the structure that is now The Edenhurst is considered to be one to the few remaining original Georgian buildings in Weymouth. Outside the front doors of the Edenhurst is the sandy beach and breathtaking sea, as this bed and breakfast is ideally situated close to Weymouth’s Victorian clock tower on the town’s seafront. Weymouth’s historic harbor, town centre, restaurants, shops and bars are only a stone’s throw away.
With plenty of tourist attractions and stunning landscapes to see, Weymouth and the surrounding county of Dorset is a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a fun filled family holiday. Weymouth is located on the renowned World Heritage Coast also known as the Jurassic Coast which is 95 miles long and dates back to 185 million years of history.
The Edenhurst offers guests a choice of twin, family and single rooms, most of which boast ocean views and some with relaxing balconies. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms and are equipped with TV with remote control, and tea and coffee making facilities. A home cooked, full English breakfast is served every morning, Mon to Sat from 8:30 to 9:00 and 9-9:30 on a sunday (for that much needed lie in) in the breakfast room which has breathtaking views of Weymouth Bay. Room tariffs range from £29 to £35 per person per night depending on the time of year. The Edenhurst bed and breakfast is a strictly non-smoking establishment.
